Closed written quotations are hereby invited for the supply and delivery of metering installation and verification / calibration devices as per quantity list provided in the quotation document.

 

Written quotations must be submitted and remain valid for 60 days after closing date of quotation. Enquiries about the quotation and the completion of the documents can be addressed to Mr P Harmse at telephone (044) 606-5084. Documents can be obtained from Ms M Petersen at telephone (044) 606-5082.  Documents can also be e-mailed on request.

 

Fully completed quotations must be placed in a sealed envelope and placed in the tender box on the Lower Ground floor (seaside) at the Municipality by not later than 12:00 on Friday, 19 February 2010 or be mailed to reach the Tender Box, Mossel Bay Municipality, PO Box 25, Mossel Bay, 6500 before the specified closing date and time. The envelopes must be endorsed clearly with the number, title and closing date of the quotation as above.
