CLOSED QUOTATION:G51-07/10: CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW NETBALL COURT AT HERBERTSDALE
Closed written quotations are hereby invited from contractors with a 1CE/1GBor higher CIDB grading for the construction of a new netball court at Herbertsdale.
The specifications can be obtained at the compulsory site inspectionthatwill be heldat 12:00 on Thursday, 29 July 2010 at the Municipal offices situated at c/o Skool and Hoof Street, Herbertsdale.
Written quotations must be submitted on original documents and remain valid for 90 days after the closing date of the quotation. Enquiries about the quotation can be addressed to Mr Shane de Bruyn at telephone (044) 606-5245.
Fully completed quotations must be placed in a sealed envelope and placed in the tender box on the Lower Ground floor (seaside) at the Municipality, Marsh Street, Mossel Bay by not later than 12:00 on Friday, 6 August 2010 or be mailed to reach the Tender Box, Mossel Bay Municipality, PO Box 25, Mossel Bay, 6500 before the specified closing date and time. The envelope must be endorsed clearly with the name and closing date of the invitation to quote as above. A certified copy of their most recent account of the municipality in which the business is registered must also accompany the quotation.
