Closed written quotations are hereby invited from contractors with a 1GB or higher CIDB grading for the repairs and renovations to the municipal office, ablution facilities and store room at Mossel Bay cemetery.

The specifications can be obtained at the compulsory site inspection that will be held at 09h00 on Wednesday, 10 March 2010 at the municipal cemetery office, Louis Fourie Road, Mossel Bay.

Fully completed quotations must be placed in a sealed envelope and placed in the tender box on the Lower Ground floor (seaside) at the Municipality by not later than 12:00 on Friday, 19 March 2010 or be mailed to reach the Tender Box, Mossel Bay Municipality, PO Box 25, Mossel Bay, 6500 before the specified closing date and time. The envelope must be endorsed clearly with the name and closing date of the invitation to quote as above.
